Hi  @Annie_Mis ,

I’d like to acknowledge the valuable input provided by the @GilbertQ. Their initial ideas were instrumental in guiding my approach. However, I noticed that further details were needed to fully understand the issue.
In my investigation, I took the following steps: Go to File > Options and settings > Data source settings. Select the affected data source from the list and click Edit Permissions.

You can also read this document: Understand Power BI Desktop privacy levels - Power BI | Microsoft Learn. After reconfiguring the permissions, try refreshing your data again to see if the values are now correct.

Hi @Annie_Mis

I would suggest going back to the data source settings and put the permissions back in as before and see if that works?
