dataflow refresh failing after setting up Incremental refresh

I created dataflow and set up for scheduled refresh, The refresh works fine. But when i changed one of the entities to set up 'Incremental Refresh' the dataflow refresh is failing with error msg below. It looks like time out issue. I refreshed it several times and it is failing exactly after 10 min each time with same msg below

'Error: An internal error occurred... RootActivityId = xxxxxxxx-xxxxx-4c02-bcfc-1d328xxxxx.Param1 = Microsoft SQL: Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. '
