conditionally format table value for a total using another value

Hi all,

I need to format the Employed number in this table to show if the number is < 5 that it shows < 5 and not the actual number.

Employer Name                                              Employed                 Employed needs to be shown as

ABC Company                                                   3                                  <5

A.B.C. Chidcare & Developmental Center         1                                  <5

Amazon                                                            26                                  26

Google                                                               4                                  <5

Yelp!                                                                   2                                  <5

Is this possible and if so, how?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi @lhookway

What you could do, is to create a new measure which would create the values you need for example below.

I have assumed that you have a measure already called [Employed]

Less than 5 =
VAR LessThanFive = IF([Employed] < 5, "<5", [Employed])
RETURN
LessThanFive

Try like below. In case you face data type issue

Less than 5 Employee=
VAR _LT5 = IF([Employed] < 5, "<5", [Employed] & "")
RETURN
_LT5
