Hi all,
I need to format the Employed number in this table to show if the number is < 5 that it shows < 5 and not the actual number.
Employer Name Employed Employed needs to be shown as
ABC Company 3 <5
A.B.C. Chidcare & Developmental Center 1 <5
Amazon 26 26
Google 4 <5
Yelp! 2 <5
Is this possible and if so, how?

What you could do, is to create a new measure which would create the values you need for example below.
I have assumed that you have a measure already called [Employed]
Less than 5 =
VAR LessThanFive = IF([Employed] < 5, "<5", [Employed])
RETURN
