best approach to create an Enterprise Portal

hello

we are trying to create an Entreprise Portal , when the user go to an app or report, and see his section.

for example HR see a only HR report

Finance see only finance reports

my current thinking create a dummy App with link to diferents report in different workspace and give access accordingly

what do you recommand ?

hi @mim - I would recommend that you create a seperate app for each Business function - cause it will also be cleaner so Users can download the app that is required for them; you can also configure the apps to be pushed out to Users when there is an update.

Also maintaining security using email ditribution groups would be a good approach for security as well.
