I have to publish dashboard aroun or less 100GB. Which licence should i take and how will it be reflected to workspace.
Just FYI i am setting up a new workspace where i also want the admin rights for the same

You could potentially look at Power BI Premium Per user as it has a total limit of 100GB (But it might not fit as it needs some extra working memory)

Thanks GilbertQ. Could you please explain a bit on this and also what can be the alternative to it if i don't want to go for a Premium Capacity due to cost constraints.

Also will then i be the admin of my workspace and can manage access etc also?

Also when i will publish the dashboard in my premium workspace and share can others view it?

Yes you can manage the workspace.

But all users who want to view the reports/dashboards would also need PPU licenses.

Thanks Gilbert. Does that mean the only option left to have space, sharing & viewing without viewers having PPU licence, data download for users is Premimum capacity?

Is there anything less in terms of cost for Premimum Capacity because i can see approx. 4500$ per month

Premium is the only other option. Or use PPU if it is only a few users.
