Hi,
I've built a PBI report using a Web Connector (With a Supermetrics query URL). This works fine in Desktop, but when published to online Service I cannot refresh the data
The error message is "Scheduled refresh is disabled because at least one data source is missing credentials. To start the refresh again, go to this dataset's settings page and enter credentials for all data sources. Then reactivate scheduled refresh."
Searching online returns data gateway as a solution - but surely this is irrelevent for a Web data source?
Any help appreciated 🙂
Olá, @kr21 você conseguiu solucionar?
Estou com o mesmo probelma.
No Power Bi Serviço, fica dando erro de credenciais e não consigo atualizar os dados.
No Power Bi Desktop funciona perfeitamente.
Alguém poderia me dar alguma dica para solucionar?
Hi, @kr21
Did you try to enter your credentials? Usually web data sources also need to enter an anonymous credential.
You can try to clear permission in desktop and edit permission again, then publish to service.
Did I answer your question ? Please mark my reply as solution. Thank you very much.
If not, please feel free to ask me.
