I have been using the Adobe Analytics beta that I found using this post:

I have been using it for a few weeks now, but this morning when I tried to refresh I recieved the following error:

I have not been able to find a solution, and I desparately don't want to rebuild the reports.  I tried downloading the latest version of Power BI and that did not help.  This happened right after I published to the web.  I deleted the published data but it is still having the error.

I had this problem yesterday as well but when I downloaded the latest Power BI Desktop and tried again, the message went away. Give that a try, hope it works for you!

It eventually just corrected itself as the above poster mentioned.

Having the same issue, and seems to be caused by referenced queries. If I reduce the queries referencing the source queries, the problem goes away.

There doesn't seem to be lots of info on this topic, has anyone been able to get some solid answers on this yet?

Unfortunately mine didn't resolve itself after a day 😉
