Visuals on service error with subscription but otherwise appear fine

I have three identical reports published to the service - intentionally kept separate for data privacy and integrity. Each is published in their respective workspace and related app.

There is one in particular that errors on some of the visuals upon sending out the subscription, even though I was literally in there earlier after the data refresh and republish to confirm that all appeared fine. When I clicked the link from the subscription email, sure enough, three visuals showed as error. Back in the desktop, all was fine, so republished the workbook again, confirmed all appeared fine, re-sent the subscription, and it showed as errors again, even though I was looking at it AT THAT MOMENT and all was fine, even after refreshing the page. I'm so confused why this is throwing errors on the subscription, but not otherwise. Ideas, suggestions, and solutions are welcome. ~ Michelle

Hi, @msmers2024
Thanks for the reply from @GilbertQ , please allow me to provide another insight:

Check for unsupported visuals to make sure that your Power BI email subscription doesn't support any incorrect visuals. Unsupported visuals include, but are not limited to, uncertified custom visuals, ESRI ArcGIS visuals, R visuals, Python visuals, and more.

If your report uses RLS, keep in mind that the data in the subscription email reflects the data that the subscription owner can see. If the subscription is set up by someone who has different access to the data than you see, the difference can be explained. For more details about RLS and subscriptions, you can check the following link:

If any of the wrong visuals use DirectQuery, especially connectors like Denodo, temporary connection issues or delays in re-establishing connections can cause errors in your subscription. Although the service may reconnect successfully, the subscription snapshot may catch a temporary error. For more information about this, see Known issues with visuals using the Denodo connector:

Hi @msmers2024

What happens when you click on the refresh visuals button in the power bi service? Does the issue still appear to be there? This. is what the refresh visuals button looks like.
