Visualization Not Updated In Power BI Service

 Need help to clear this issue .  I'm updating the data based on daily basis .If the data get refreshed , few visuals not showing in power bi service but that visuals working in Power BI Desktop . How to solve this issue and visuals to  show  in power bi service .

Hi to everyone. I'm having the same problem. My report have 4 cards and one of then display nothing (empty data) after dataset updating. The first time this happend, I change some calculations form DAX to Power Query and it had works. After some updatings the problem showed up again. 

•  I use custom visuals
•  I don't get any error messages
• Desktop version is Versión: 2.91.884.0 64-bit (marzo de 2021) and service version is 13.0.15899.45

I've got the idea that time between dataset updating and visualization updating is not enough. Some measures or visualization doesn't get to refresh.

Do you mean that changing the Visual in Power BI Desktop and then refreshing on the Power BI Service will not change the Visual?

If yes, sorry for that the refresh in Power BI Service is data, not the visual. If you want to change the visual, you need to republish the pbix file.

For example, if you change a column chart to a bar chart in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service won’t change the column chart when you click refresh. You can only change it by republishing.

If it doesn’t meet your requirement, could you please share some screenshots of your issue?

Thank you for your reply . It is not like that what you have mentioned in comment . I  published the same visuals in power bi desktop to power bi service . I didn't change any visuals in power bi service . On a daily basis , i'm refreshing the data .Sorry , Can't able to share the screenshot .It's confidential data from my organization .

Do you mean when your refresh is complete, the data in visuals will not change?

If yes, maybe you can click the refresh button and try again.

Because the refresh could not work automatically to show the update report, the refresh refreshes the dataset, you could refer to below link to explain more:

I have scheduled to refresh the  data in power bi service .Only few  visuals completely not showing in power bi service if data get refreshed .

Hi @Anonymous ,

Does only few visuals completely not showing mean the data in this visual not change or this visual cannot display, or the data on some of your Visuals is refreshed, but some are not refreshed?

Has the refresh history display been completed?

Or you can re-use this data source to create a report using Power BI Desktop, and then upload it to the Power BI Service to refresh, and observe whether it is successful.

Could you provide more information

1. Are you using any custom visuals?
2. Are you getting any error messages?
3. If possible, please share the snapshot of the Desktop version and Power BI service version.
