Visual menu icon missing after publishing to service

Hello! I created a report with several visuals. I noticed that after I published the report to the service, only one of the seven visuals is missing the visual menu icons that appear when you hover over the visual. I can see the visual menu icons in the Desktop version and I confirmed that the visual does not have any other items overlaying it, but the visual menu icons disappears once it is published to the service.

Can you confirm the header is turned on for those visuals?

You will always see it in the desktop as the developer, but if that switch is off, then they will not show up in the service.

Thank you @edhans . That was it! This page was a collaboration by multiple developers. All other visuals had the headers turned on, so I did not even think to check that this one was not. Thanks again!

Hi @mchih ,

You can once try validating if that particular visual had the "Header icons" option enabled in the Power BI Desktop file and then re-publish the file to service.

Hope this helps!

Thanks @Avantika-Thakur That was it! Header icons were not enabled for this one visual. Enabled and republished and all is good now.

Awesome! Glad it was a simple fix.
