Visual menu icon missing after publishing to service

Can you confirm the header is turned on for those visuals?
You will always see it in the desktop as the developer, but if that switch is off, then they will not show up in the service.

You can once try validating if that particular visual had the "Header icons" option enabled in the Power BI Desktop file and then re-publish the file to service.

Thanks Avantika-Thakur That was it! Header icons were not enabled for this one visual. Enabled and republished and all is good now.
