I need to create a report for data from TFS using Visual Studio Team Services. Getting data from TFS is only available in Service and not the desktop version. I need to model the data and create relationships. Does anybody know how to do that in Power BI Service? Again Power BI desktop does not connect to TFS. I need a work around.
Thanks,
I am having the same issue. Here is an article I have found that states you can connect VSTS to Power BI desktop by using a oData connector from PowerBI Desktop.

I tried to get the connection to work for acouple of days but I was unsuccessful. It looks like you need to enable a preview feature called "Analytics". This enables the odata feed to the VSTS oData. See connection methods below:

Maybe these articles will help you out. If you get the service connected please let me know as I am having the same issue.
Currently, it's not possible to do modeling on Power BI Services. However, there's a workaround to connect TFS in Power BI Desktop. You can download the TFS add-in for Excel, connect TFS and import tables into Excel. See: Connect Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Project to a team project. Then you can use Excel as data source to import those tables into Power BI Desktop for modeling.
