Hi community,
I have a graphical issue in power bi service, when I publish a report with 4 others in a workspace, 2 of them are having some filters cropped (visually) and are not with the same size I see in my PC.
We use the same navigators, the same Screen resolution and all of us are members in the workspace.
Any ideas?
Thank you.
Even if screen resolution is the same, browser zoom differences will cause visuals (especially slicers/filters) to be cropped.
Ask the affected users to:
Press Ctrl + 0 (reset zoom)
Confirm browser zoom is exactly 100%
This alone fixes the issue in many cases.
If Windows display scaling differs:
100% vs 125% vs 150%
Power BI Service will size visuals differently.
In the Service, users may be using different page views:
Fit to width
Fit to page
Actual size
Hi @PBIDev01,
What browsers are being used? Is everyone using the same one?
I find that Chrome/Edge have the best compatibility with Fabric/Power BI.
Hii @PBIDev01
This usually happens due to browser zoom / OS display scaling differences, not workspace permissions or Power BI itself. Even if users have the same screen resolution, Windows display scaling (e.g., 125% vs 100%) or browser zoom can cause visuals and slicers to appear cropped in Power BI Service. To avoid this, ensure all users set Windows display scaling to 100%, browser zoom to 100%, and design the report using responsive layouts (avoid fixed pixel positioning, use consistent page size like 16:9, and test in Power BI Service). This is a known, client-side rendering behavior in the Service.
