Hi - I have a dashboard and dataset that is up and running. I have about 40 users in it with no issues, but one user cannot access the visuals. He is getting an error saying restricted data.
For the RLS, I have tried assigning him to a specific role, and not assigning him to a role. When I assign him to a role, he gets the "Loading" wheel but nothing ever loads. When I don't assign him to a role and leave his access open, he gets a loading wheel that never loads into anything.
How do I fix this? None of my datasets are automated (they are all loaded manually using excel files).
Hi @dcohare ,
According to your description, the user does not seem to have permission to access the report.
Is this unique user different from other users?
Is he a Power BI Pro user?
Is he a user in the organization?
What kind of sharing method do you use?
Best regards,
Lionel Chen

Hi Lionel,
Thank you. It's working now, I'm not sure why. He was a PowerBI user and the report was shared with multiple people and he was the only one who couldn't see it so it was strange. But it's been fixed somehow.
Thanks for your follow up!
