Hi All,
With Azure Trial subscription, I registered VNET gateway and was able to access it and share access to others. They were able to access the gateway from the Power BI Portal as well.
From Organization subscription (in Org email ID), when the subscription admin registered a VNET gateway and shared the access(admin), I cant see the gateway in the Portal. Whereas admin who created it is able to see it in the Power BI portal.
What could be causing this and is there a way to address it.
Note: in both the case we are using Pro trial license. Should we wait for Premium license allocation and check or is there some settings that needs to be enabled for the gateway visibility.
Thanks in Advance.
Best Regards,
Manoj Prasad

Tenant admin is able to see the VNET gateway in Power BI Portal and Region is same as VNET gateway region, so there is no issue at the gateway creation.
Once I get a premium per user license allocated will be able to access the gateway.
Thanks.
Firstly, we should make sure you have share the access correctly. Go to the portal or power bi platform admin center. Power Platform admin center (microsoft.com). Set the user as an admin of the vnet gateway.
Finally the user should be at the same region as the vnet gateway. Currently ,it is impossible to change vnet gateway region.

Hi Team,
Thanks for your response.
Yes, I have been added as Gateway Admin in the Power Platform Admin Center.
From the Power Platform Admin Center, can see the Region under which the VNET gateway is created.
How to identify under which region my account is created.
As per my tenant admin, user accounts are under the same region under which the VNET gateway is created. VNET-subnet Resource provider is also in the same region.
