We have published an App with 1 report to about 20 users, and a few of them are unable to load the report in the App space (all users are within my organization). They initially get an error "You don't have permission to view underlying dataset" and then they get a blank screen that just spins with "Building Your App" and never completes.
Has anyone experienced this before?
@j_mendonca With sharing, whether you share content inside or outside your organization, you need a Power BI Pro license. Your recipients also need Power BI Pro licenses, or the content needs to be in a Premium capacity. Reference: Share your Power BI dashboards and reports with coworkers and others.
To share reports successfully, you have to meet above requirement. So, please assign pro license for those users. Before purchasing pro license, you can ask them to expand their accounts to Pro trial, with which, they can enjoy all pro features for free.
