I have created reports and dashboards in my Power BI Service and will be leaving the company I am at soon. I was wondering the best method for transferring these dashboards and reports to a different user without losing all of the data. I read previous posts that the best way to approach this was creating a content pack? However, I am the admin of this and I percieved it as the admin leaving would cause all of the dashboards to be removed.

If you are Power Bi Service Admin, same roles you can apply to new user in O365.
Add him the user as admin to the workspace.
Gateway Admin access to refresh the dataset with "Take Over".
Better to check the same with one report for testing (before you can take a back up of the file for safe side).
If this post was helpful may I ask you to mark it as solution and give it some kudos?
