User having access to dataset,workspace and all but not able to view a shared report

Hello All,

I have a unique issue where a user ahs all the required access in PBI Service like viewer access to the workspace. When i share the link of a report with them, they see just blank visuals. All other users are able to view the report. Can someone help me decide what the issue might be.

One reason why your user might see blank visuals is that the slicer in the report has no values selected by default. This means that the visuals will show nothing until the user selects something in the slicer.

Another reason why your user might see blank visuals is that the data source for the report is not refreshed or accessible. This could happen if the data source is on-premises or requires authentication. To fix this, you can make sure that the data source is updated and that the user has permission to access it.

Hi @Kish1999 

It could be a license issue. Does the user have a Pro License or is part of the Premium License group? Otherwise they won't be able to view the report.

Hello @JoeBarry , Yes the user has Pro licence.

Is there a Row Level Security implemented in the Report? Maybe the user needs to be added to the role? The last suggestion I can offer is to remove all permissions and then add them again.
