Update SharePoint Access Power Bi web

Hello,
I have a problem updating a report in power bi web.
The report shows information from a database in Access hosted in a Sharepoint.
When updating the report, the following error appears:

Currently we have installed on our computer:

Version: 2.69.5467.1751 64-bit (May 2019)

We have also downloaded and installed the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010.
We have tried to use it on a computer with Office 32bits and Office 64bits.

The same error always appears.

You may need the same bit data provider installed as well. Please refer to this third party blog.

Hello,
We have the 64-bit version of bi power installed in our computers and the problem persists.
We have tested on a computer with 64-bit Office and 64-bit power bi and it does not work either.

We have tried everything. We keep getting the error.
