Unwanted black bars in top of published report

Hi, 

Since today I have strange and unwanted black bars in published reports. They are not on the report itself but in the top navigation, between share and explore, between set alert and edit and a big black box next to 3 dots. I drew a red box around them in the printscreen. 

Does anyone know where this comes from and how to fix this?
