Understanding Workspace Storage Limits

Microsoft's documentation on workspaces says that app workspaces can have up to 10 GB of storage each.  The documentation also states that total usage at the tenant level can't exceed 10 GB per Pro user across all Pro users and app workspaces in the tenant.

I have a few questions based on this:

  1. Does this mean that a single Pro user could potentially be the owner of multiple workspaces that together use storage in excess of 10 GB as long as the tenant as a whole has not reached its # of Pro users x 10 GB cap?
  2. Assuming the answer to my first question is 'yes', is there somewhere in the admin settings where I can check the remaining storage available for our entire tenant?  I know how many Pro users we have and can do the math to figure out how much space we should have, but I want to know how much space is still available.
