All reports with recipients

Hi community,

We are trying to discover if a user is sharing a report with someone outside the organization.

Is there a way to list all reports in a tenant along with their recipients ?

This information is available report by report in the service :

But we have too many reports to do this report by report...

Any ideas?

    Anonymous  If you have enabled audit logs in the tenant settings you would be able to check the audit logs for "shared reports" - I don't recall off the top of my head what detail is there, but that is a start.

    Also, if this is an issue, you can disable the ability to share outside the org and limit that to only a group. Also done in the Power BI admin portal - tenant settings.

    I'm afraid currently you couldn't check user accunt who have been shared with in specific dataset. I would suggest you to submit your idea here.
