Unable to upload a pbix in app service

Hello, 

I have Contributor permissions to a workspace. I would like to publish or upload a pbix connected to a sql server but nothing happen 

when I click on "Upload a file" button in the workspace. I don't know what I can do

By my test, I add a contributor in a workspace and it can upload successfully, so I think it’s not a problem of contributor.

When you click Upload a file, Did you return nothing? Is there an error message?

Have you try to publish the pbix. file to service from desktop?

Also, when you click the get data in the lower left of the navigator pane, what’s the reaction?
