Unable to install on-premises data gateway in gateway servers

Hi All,

When trying to install the on-premises data gateway in gateway server i am getting the below error where as another user is able to install it. Can i know what will be the reason.

Please provide more details. What is the operating system you are trying to install this on?  Does the user have admin rights?

Thanks for responding @lbendlin. We were trying to install in windows server 2019 standard operating system and yes he has an admin rights.

Also i wanted to let you know that one of the user from my organisation is able to install on-premises data gateway except that guy no one is able to install even if they have admin permissions.
