Unable to display visual in PowerBI online when median line is used in Scatter Plot.

Hi All,

I need a help, when I publish online from powerBI desktop with a scatter plot with median line (added from Analytics button in Visualizations), it shows "can't load display". however, when I removed the median line before publishing, it works fine in PowerBI online.  Can anyone please help me with this issue? thanks!

Seems to work ok here.  What's the cardinality of your plot axes ? Mine's about 4500 each, and you see the visual is already grouping.

Thank you @lbendlin  for your prompt response. I have used log values for both x & y axis (enabled  Y-axis Scale Type as log in Format selection), which works well in PowerBI desktop, however when I publish the same online, it does not show the scatter plot at all. kindly request your support guiding me on. We have a test, and it works fine.

It may be that your Measure affects the result, what is your Confirmed(log) measure? So you can test replace another measure to be a median line, and republish to service.

If it doesn’t meet your requirement, could you please provide a mockup sample based on fake data or describe the fields of each tables and the relations between tables simply?
