Hi everyone,
Not sure what happen recently with the PowerBi service app, but i no longer can open/see the left tab that contained all of the reports existing in the same workspace. This is an issue because i have to test the reports using other people's views, and without this functionality I'm unable to do such checks.
Has anyone come up with this issue lately, and if so, what was your solution?
Thank you all in advance,
Urbano.
Hi @UrbanoMRamos ,
According to your description You can't see the left navigation bar in the app. Right?
You can check the following:
(1) You can check whether all the required reports and dashboards are included in the app in the "include in app" in the workspace.
(2) You can click "Update app" in the upper left corner of the workspace to check the configuration information under "Navigation": whether the corresponding Report or Dashboard is hidden.
You can refer to the following documentation: Design the app navigation
(3) If you are a guest user, please make sure the "Allow external guest users to edit and manage content in the organization" option is enabled in the admin portal.
If these methods cannot help you solve the problem, can you provide us with detailed screenshots of the problem or operation steps, so that we can better analyze the problem for you.
Best Regards,
Liu Yang

Hi @Anonymous ,
Thank you for your response.
Unfortunately I don't believe your response has the solution mainly because I'm using PBI on the web, not on the desktop app, sorry for mixing them, my bad....
My main problem is that, as shown below, when I'm testig a role on the RLS and try to view it as another user, most cases the first report that opens is blank, so I have to change to another one, but now when clicking on the workspace button in the left tab it takes me back to the workspace menu, with all of the reports/datasets displayed.
In the past the list of reports would appear below without the need to leave the "Now viewing as:" pannel.
Did any update happened recently on PBI that removed this feature, or is there another way to do these tests?
Thank you again for helping me with this problem.
Kind regards,
Urbano.
