Unable to delete a old gateway and unable to use a new gateway

Here are two issues:

1)

I can not delete a depreacated gateway and got a error message.

2)

The new datasource can not be selected.

Anyone can help?

Thank you.
I could remove the gateway though PowerShell.

However, the new set gateway is still unslectable from datasets setting page.
