Trouble with my gateway connection

Since two days ago, my powerbi services show this message.

The gateway is either offline or could not be reached.

I had a find a temporaly solution, sign in on power bi services (web) and select an manual refresh on my dataset.

Please help me!

Did you install the gateway on your machine?- it is called personal gateway, if so, when you turn your laptop, your gateway will be offine. Hope it is helpful!

 Did you try restarting the gateway on the server where you have installed it?
