If your reports are hosted on a premium capacity workspace then you can analyse the data on fabric capacity metrics app and you can find the root cause of the issue.

If you don't have access then you can reach out to your tenant admin or the team who manages your premium capacity.

Sometimes, Power BI service issues may impact report performance. Slow report performance can be caused by network issues in your location.
