Hi,
I have a problem that around 5pm all my reports in app.powerbi.com are slowing down and I don't know why. Scheduled refreshes of these reports are all in the morning. My datagetaway is on server, could it be maybe a problem with the server or something else? Did someone have a similar issue ?

Hi. If you have all the reports at shared capacity with pro licenses then it's kind of weird. Specially if you don't have many reports for each workspace. Each workspace has a shared capacity, so unless you have many reports in a single workspace to spread at many, you might want to contact support.
If you are using dedicated capacity like premium, embedded or Fabric, you should check the interactivity of you CUs at that time at Fabric Metrics Capacity App.
I hope that helps,
Happy to help!
Hi,@alamakota97 Hello,@ibarrau ,thanks for your concern about this issue.
Your answer is excellent!
And I would like to share some additional solutions below
1.Please check the type of workspace where your slow-executing semantic model is located and the execution time period and time of execution for any significant differences (slow execution is common at 5 o'clock every afternoon)
Please check if it is only the semantic model for a specific report or if it is the case for most of the semantic models as well.
2. See if it's a network latency issue: Increased network traffic around 5pm can also cause slowdowns. This could be due to high user activity during this time, as people may be finishing their work around 5pm. Evaluating network performance during this time can provide insights. Consider consulting your organization (IT department) about network usage throughout the day.
3.Please check if the report you are having issues with is in Premium Capacity, if so, you can use the Power BI Premium Metrics app (you need to be an administrator) to monitor Microsoft Fabric capacity usage.
Below is the official documentation on this, hope it helps.

4. Please check the connection of the gateway data source used for refreshing, and export additional gateway logs through the gateway APP to check the refreshing situation of specific time periods.

I hope my suggestions give you good ideas, if you have any more questions, please clarify in a follow-up reply.
Best Regards,
Carson Jian,
