Please note that this same report refreshes very well on Report Server. Anyone has a solution?

Hi @Anonymous ,

Which connector you are using web or SharePoint.If it is web change the connection to SharePointfiles.If still the issue is not resolved ,then you can try to import data on a dataflow and check whether it is working or not, if it works then you can copy the power query of the dataflow by opening advanced editor and replace your existing table query in your report and republish it.

You can explain in detail the process of the download problem you are currently experiencing, the current table/report storage location, what software/platform to use to download, etc

The data source is 'Sharepoint' I am trying to refresh a dashboard (on app.powerbi.com)  that has some data sources on sharepoint, but I am getting this error. I do not get this error when I refresh same report on report server.

Hi, @Anonymous 

This side of the test refresh everything is fine, using Microsoft account authentication method to connect to the SharePoint list and publish to the Service, and then create the dashboard. 

You need to make sure that your Gateway connections in the cloud connection, if not, please change the If not, please change it to Personal Cloud connect or url. And make sure that the table or URL of the data source has not been changed or removed.
