Switch enable load

Hi,

i'm new in community, so I want to say Hello to everyone! 🙂

I need to disable load of one table in my dataset. That table contains archived records.  The problem is when the Archive is expand of new records (monthly).

Do I have to every month open my dataset in PBI Desktop, enable load and refresh my data, or can I control it ti some extent?

Thanks in advance,

regards!
Wojciech

That's not what that switch is for.  Read about "Incremental refresh" .

I'm not sure that incremental refresh is good in my case. The reason of my concern is fact, that archive process is manual. So I can't set Date in incremental refrest as 30 days back. I need to refresh it manually.
So I understand it is no possible to steer that switch/load. Thank You for Your answer.

Best regards.
