Streaming Dataset

Hi

We created streaming dataset and pushing data via API. the data is pushed for every 30 seconds and the refresh of data is working fine.

But, when we enable historical data analysis, the push is working fine, but the data is not populating automatically in dashboard. the report is pinned to a new dashboard.

Could you please help to understand if there is any limitations for Streaming datset, when using historical data.

Hi @vikkidurai91 ,

Whether you pin the entire page as a live page to the new dashboard? As refer in this article, when pinning an entire report using the pin live page option will not result in the data automatically being updated.

Try to pin your visual one by one instead of pinning the report page.
