I have a report in our Premium workspace on a scheduled refresh that is continually failing ~oddly enough on specific days. Current refresh cycle is Tuesday's & Wednesdays both at 9PST & 2PST. I've tested the following and none have solved the issue that I am seeing. I do not see this error in PB Desktop ever. I also don't see this error when other reports on the server are also connected to the same source with the same credentials
I would contact your SF technical lead and get them to run a trace or look at the logs and see exactly what is happening and why it is telling Power BI the credentials are wrong. I have reports in SnowFlake refreshing daily with no issues, and ours are set up to use two factor authentication, which is a bit of an added complication.
