Snapshot Data

Hi,

I have a dataset that has dynamic data from a daily refresh:

ID	Status	Create Date	End Date
1	Open	5/1/2020
2	Closed	5/5/2020	5/20/2020
3	Pending	5/3/2020

This data refreshes every day so each row will ultimately change its 'Status' and 'End Date'.

Is there a way to save a snapshot of the data so that every time it refreshes I can see the new status for the distinct ID? 

For example

ID	Status	Create Date	End Date	Load Date
1	Open	5/1/2020		5/20/2020
1	Closed	5/1/2020	5/21/2020	5/21/2020
2	Closed	5/5/2020	5/20/2020	5/20/2020
2	Closed	5/5/2020	5/20/2020	5/21/2020
3	Pending	5/3/2020		5/20/2020
3	Closed	5/3/2020	5/21/2020	5/21/2020
