Slider Bar Behavior In Matrix & Table

Whenever I filter a matrix or table visual on a page, the slider bar on the right goes down a few rows, then you have to pull it back up to the top.

Is this a known bug, or is there a format setting I'm missing that addresses this?

It should be a normal behavior in power bi.

when you filter data, the first row data of matrix or table will be changed, and when you filter data again or clean the filter, the first row data of matrix or table will be changed too. but for the caching reasons, It requires you to pull it back up to the top manually.

clean filter
