Sign in power bi in a posted powerbi dashboard

Hello guys, I’m a newbie when it comes to Power BI Embedded. Right now, I’m developing a web app that has a dashboard embedded in it. Last week, I was able to sign in and see my dashboard using my email account in a new tab of my browser. However, today when I press the sign-in button, Microsoft opens three pop-up windows, but none of them show anything to use my credentials.
and if its fail the dashboard shows a button to open a new tab to use my credentials and validate me, however when i sign-in my dashboard doesnt reload.

and this happens when im log in in the other tab

and if i reload my webapp the dashboard ask again to sign-in.

This appears to be a known issue, please check for a solution.
Known issue - Sign in fails for securely embedded reports using Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser - P...

this article does'nt work for me because as i mention before, the pop up windows does'nt load.

i found out that when i press open in a new window this show's the url:

i dont have blocked popups
