Hi,
I want to share 5 reports for externals by email (I have premium workspace).
Two reports are OK, three another reports for the same recipients and with the same parameters are not working
(but within organization all five reports are OK and all emails were delivered)
What is the reason of such strange operatin and how to fix it?

Please check the access page of three reports which are sent failed whether your guest users are listed there.
If my understanding is wrong, please feel free to correct me. Do you mean that your guest users received all emails of shared reports but them only reviewed two of them successfully?

1) Users are listed in access page
2) You understood wrong way. I mean that Power BI shoud send 5 emails to user "A" and but user "A" got only 2 emails of them

Thanks for your reply. Have you checked spam? If you send the report link directly to your external user instead of an email notification, can he open it successfully?

Since you indicate that this works fine for a couple of the reports and not the others, I would ask - what is different for the others? Are they in the same workspace? Are they in a Premium workspace? Are you shareing with the same id's as the others? Is there some sort of RLS or other security on the items you are sharing?

No difference
They are in the same Premium workspace without RLS

There is a limit to the number of subscribers for one report or dashboard - for the three reports NOT going out, do you have lots of subscribers (like over 200). You can also only setup a total of 24 subscriptions per report. Emails set to "After Data Refresh" only send an email after the first scheduled refresh. Do any of these perhaps apply to you?
