Hi
I have an app , I want to give the user within my org the URL to bring them directly to the app (bypass PowerBI Home, direct to the app)
If the app is updated , i.e. adding a report ... the URL can change , results in "Sorry we cannot find that Report" when a user uses the URL they have bookmarked in their browser
Is it possible to use a consistent URL , a user can bookmark in their browser ?

Hi. The link to the app is consistent, but if you have a link to a report of the app, then it depends on the report. If you remove the report it won't find the URL.
Check the URL, it contains a "app/[appid]" for you to capture just for the app.
When you are uploading or creating the app it will also show you the link users can save in order to keep it working always:
Yes the can bookmark that url. Just copy the url and add it to bookmarks, but be carfull when viewing a report because the url is for the report and not for the app.
I hope that helps,
Happy to help!

If you replace the underlying dataset the URL will still change along with connection strings for use in Excel connections (Pivot table) even if the app is never uninstalled and you just change what it is pointing to.
At least this is my experience, so the link is static assuming you do not change where the app is pointing. Do you agree?
