Sharepoint Datasource Gateway Error

Hi,

We're having an issue where our sharepoint gateway connection is not letting our service accounts connect anymore. It works fine on desktop, but as of Wednesday Night/Thursday Morning the gateways are unable to connect to the sharepoint and has been causing our refreshes on reports connected to sharepoint to fail, they have been fine for almost a year - however if I use my personal account credentials then it works fine, but logs out over night, causing refreshes to fail.

I have requested a new account be setup, it is permissioned in the sharepoint owners group but using either Windows Authentication or OAuth2 in the gateway configuration it fails to connect.

We are using service accounts where the password never needs resetting and it never logs out.

I recieve the below message when using Windows Authentication. I have checked the credentials on both the old account and the new account and the credentials entered are correct.

If I use OAuth2 I get the following - it's worth noting that I can sign into the sharepoint site with the credentials but the gateway is refusing to connect?

Any ideas?

FIXED

Go to your report dataset, disconnect the sharepoint gateway from the dataset so it is blank, update the credentials in the section below "Data Source Credentials" for sharepoint.

This has fixed the issue. For what ever reason, it was using the gateway for sharepoint fine but has now decided it doesn't want it. As the gateway for sharepoint is optional, I have removed it.
