I am wondering if I can create a sharepoint list and share it outside my organization . What is the limitation knowing that I expect over 200 users outside my organization for entering data ?

Hi , @Anonymous
According to your problem description, you want to implement Create a SharePoint List and Share It Outside My Organization, according to my research and search in the official documentation, this should be achievable, and there is no mention of the 200 user limit you mentioned, there should be no such limit, you can check this official document and follow the guide at your convenience:
External or guest sharing in OneDrive, SharePoint, and Lists - Microsoft Support
If you still encounter problems or have other restrictive issues, you may need to post to :
SharePoint - Microsoft Community Hub
Thank you for your time and sharing, and thank you for your support and understanding of PowerBI!

Hi @Anonymous - is this question related to Power BI or SharePoint usage only? If it is SharePoint, you need to consider using Form or Power App to capture the data. The Power App will offer the greatest flexibility because you can use a dataverse table instead of a SharePoint list. You will need to ask from advice from those forums.
Power BI can read the output of the SharePoint List or dataverse table, there is no limitation, but it will be slower as the list increases. Please use the latest SharePoint Online List connector (implementation = 2.0) for the best performance.
Many thanks
Daryl
