Share Access of User Metrics to a user / PDF Usage Metrics Reports

Hi Community

Just seeing if there is a way to share Usage Metrics report with a user without provide administrator access. If so any assistance/ guidance would be great (cant seem to find anything in other forums). 

Alternatively, is there a way to PDF a usage metrics report rather than provide Excel analysis?

Thankyou for the information - would be great enhancement if Power BI could have such functions but appreciate the advice

Hi  @Sara16 ,

Usage Metrics report does not have the option to share directly and export to PDF

You need to be a participant in Workspace, then ping the Usage Metrics report to the dashboard, and share the dashboard to other users by sharing.
