When doing an "export data" the excel file when opened refreshes the query, how to stop this?

I am on app.powerbi.com and when I do "export data" and then "summarized data", it creates an excel file.

The issue is that once we have completed working on this extract file and close it, and then open it again it connects back to the server and refreshes the query. The data we used for creating the extract file updates and then replaces it with the new data. Is there a way to stop it from refreshing the query?

I don't have a solution to offer sorry, just commenting as I have the same issue and would like to be notified if someone knows how to address it

Did you try going into query editor and disabling "include in report refresh" for the table? Someone told me to try that. I'm very unfamiliar with PowerBI so still learning how to do any of this.
