Data source credential is grey out

Hi,

I connected data from Decipher tool through API by ODatafeed and also sharepoint. I am not able to schedule refresh, data credential is grey out. Although I already used prior. Manual refresh is working fine. Kindly help to fix it.

    Hi Anonymous 

     

    What you can do is to click on the Gateway Connection for the dataset and expand it to see if you need a gateway. Once that is done you should get the option enabled for the Data Source Credentials?
