Hey,
I try to set the UTC time in PowerBi Service to a local timezone, without success.
There are some good tutorials, how I can set the timezone, like Power Query or something else. But all tutorials, I have found, doesn't work, because the usage of Direct Query. If I want to create a Power Query, I must change the Direct Query mode to Import mode, which is not possible in my case.
I have saved the timezone offset in one table of my database, to know the offset in PowerBi Service, but I can't add the offset value, because most of the DAX functions are not compatible with the Direct Query mode.
The problem is, if I use the relative date filter and I want only data from the current day and it is 1 o'clock AM, then I get the data from the day before, because in UTC it is 23 o'clock PM....

Hi @SeanStayn,

Based on my test, you should be able to use the following DAX formula to add the offset value(assume it's 2) with DirectQuery mode in your scenario. ![]()
Column = Table1[Date] + 2 / 24 --just replace 2 with the offset value
