Set RLS on a report shared in workspace

Is there any way by which I can implement RLS on on a report that is shared with me in apps in PowerBI Service?

No. currently you need to implement RLS on Power BI Desktop.

RLS needs to be implemented in your Power Bi desktop first, Published to the service and then assign users to the dataset
