Why doesn't the service status page reflect reality?

Clearly there is an issue affecting data refresh at this time but nothing on the status page...

Same problems over here! On-Premise Gateway is online but refresh doesn't work for all reports.

Pay attention to Awareness.If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
