First Of all , stop saying the report page will list all issues. Microsoft does not report 50% of its outages so they dont have to refund its customers. That page is useless!!!
Yes, it is fixed now, No the support page doesnt do crap to communicate an outage!
I am getting the same error. Also, in a fresh browser session, https://app.powerbi.com/?noSignUpCheck=1 doesn't load.
It seems to be a "rolling" outage as it came back, then went again. Somethings up thats not being communicated.
Has the issue gone now? As ankitpatira said, you can take a look at the support page while this kind of issue happens to see if there is known issue for PBI Service.
