Hi all,
We have reports deployed on Power BI service (Pro licence, not Premium workspace) that connect to Snowflake (on AWS, Canada), with queries in import mode only. We use the recent connector withtout the data gateway.
Those reports refresh in a few seconds when I use 'Refresh now' (on demand refresh), but this generally take 12-13 min (sometimes way more than that) with the schedule, even if there is only 1 report refreshing. And what is strange is that queries start to hit snowflake around 10min after the refresh schedule (and then queries are really fast, few seconds).
Do you have any idea why this delay?
Thank you

Hi,
No this does not resolved my issue. I wanted to open a ticket as indicated but cannot find the "Create support ticket" link.
I am still on the pro trial so I was thinking maybe it's because of that...?
Well, refreshes in the Service can be +/- I think up to an hour versus scheduled what is scheduled I believe.
You could check the Issues forum here:

And if it is not there, then you could post it.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
